We’re eager to see you!

Donation Center

Donations are the foundation of our ministry and our donation center is always open! The abundant generosity of donors in the Holmes County area keeps Save & Serve growing, our volunteers busy and customers finding quality bargains. Your donations also help conserve the earth’s resources and support the work of Mennonite Central Committee. Thank you!

Donation Barns

Live outside of Millersburg but still want to give clothes and household goods? We have three donation barns!

  • Berlin – behind the Dutch Cupboard
  • Walnut Creek – Walnut Creek Mennonite Church parking lot
  • Sugarcreek – IGA parking lot

Please bring large items and furniture to Save & Serve. All donations of furniture must have preapproval by a manager.

Furniture Pick-Up Service

Need help with the big stuff? We’ll bring a Save & Serve box truck and volunteers to help move large items. At the time of pick-up, furniture must be on the ground level for the safety of our volunteers.

To qualify, large furniture needs to be in very good condition and be free of stains, rips, smoke or pet odor, pet hair, and without excessive wear. Pick-up service is available within a 20 mile radius of Millersburg. Towns at the furthest edge of this service include: Wooster, Sugarcreek, Coshocton and Loudonville. Receipts are available upon request.

To schedule a pick-up, call our store or schedule something through our pick-up form.

Note: This service is not available for sleeper sofas or pianos but they will be accepted at our donation center.
